Introduction from River: Solutions Architect with ERP, CRM, and AI Experience Joining Pondwater Community

Hey everyone! I'm River, a solutions architect based in Austin, TX. I've spent the last few years helping mid-market companies untangle their software stacks, a lot of ERP and CRM integration work, and more recently with a heavier AI layer on top. Found Pondwater through a colleague who wouldn't stop talking about it, and honestly after about 10 minutes I got it. Really looking forward to learning from people here and hopefully contributing something useful along the way. Outside of work I'm a big trail runner and an aspiring (read: struggling) home barista.
