Not a technical question, more of a process one ,but how do your teams handle integration change management? When a source system updates their API schema, what's your process for detecting the change and updating your integration without downtime? Genuinely curious what works for people.

Business-side perspective: when pitching an integration project internally, always quantify the cost of not doing it. Manual data entry, sync errors, delayed reporting.... these all have real dollar values. Making that concrete is what turns "nice to have" into "approved budget."
